Ashwatthama and Yeti
According to Mahabharata, Ashwatthama was a warrior, who fought from the side of Kauravas in the battle of Kurukshetra. And Yeti is a mysterious creature, also known as snow man migoi, big foot, skunk ape, orang and many more names. It is said he lives in The Himalayas. These two may seem completely different from each other, but a part of Mahabharata, quite relates them. Which part I am talking about, well here it is- Ashwatthama was the son of Guru Dronacharya and also the avatar of one of the eight Rudras of Lord Shiva. Ashwatthama was born with a gem in his forehead, which protected him in battle of Kurukshetra and he was left alive. But in the anger of taking revenge of death of his father Guru Drona, friend Duryodhan and others, he tried to kill the son of Abhimanyu by aiming a Brahmastra at Uttara’s womb (Uttara= wife of Abhimanyu).
